Hello, would you be able to help me please?
We are interested in booking an apartment throug your service, but I am confused about how we would be able to locate the apartment we rent. In other rental sites, it is described how persons would meet us to escort us personally to our apartment. However, I do not see this type of service provided. Would you be able to explain how we arrive at our apartment?

How to collect keys:
1) collecting keys in the Key Collection point, 24 hours a day/365 days a year for free
Our Key Collection point is conveniently located: just a few steps from Piazzale Roma (the bus terminal, at the entrance to Venice), and only 5 minutes’ walk from the train station.
If you arrive at night, on a public holiday, or if you are delayed, your keys will be always available with a code. This service is free of charge
In the confirmation message you will find the information necessary on arrival: to pick up the keys too, with enlarged maps/timetables/prices/parking/path photos etc.
2) meeting our delegate next to the apartment; ask availability and fares before arriving
