IMPORTANT NOTE: currently there is a renovation on the building close to the apt (neighbours are renewing their apt). On the back the view is little bit limited by some scaffolding (not so much); normally there are no particulary noisies, but just to let you know that could be possible. The prices has been discounted for this reason
