- My flight lands at night, what's about the apartment's keys? Is there an extra fee?
Our collecting keys point is located in a strategic point: really few steps from Piazzale Roma (the bus terminal, the entrance of Venice ), and only 5 minutes walking from the Train Station.
Arriving by night, feasts periods, or if you are in delay, your keys will be available with a code 24/7 - It's a free service

- How can I reach you from the Airport?
No problem, by bus. In our confirmation message you can find all the details (with photos too) to arrive in Venice from the 2 Airports (Marco Polo and Treviso ), to arrive by car and parking, and how to pick up the keys

- What's about Last Minute Discounts?
where applicable, if you arrive within 7 days our program reduces automatically the rates for that period offering another real reductions in price up to 15%

- I want to rent an apartment only in central location
VeniceApartments.ORG offers you only central located unites, maximum 30 minutes from Saint Mark's Square walking (or less then by boats)

- I'm looking also for a cheap parking in Venice
We will send you all the details to park in the mainland paying 5 Euro/day and to reach quickly the collecting keys point

- Are you quoting GBP, USD or EURO prices?
All prices in this web site and in all our communications are in Euro, VAT included

- Will the beds be prepared in all rooms? What's about the beds for a couple in case the rented apartment has more then one bedroom?
The beds will be prepared only for the people number indicated by you in the rental, to reduce the final price. Example for a couple: if no special requirements are sent, a two double bedrooms apartment will be prepared only with one double bed in one double bedroom, 2 places in total; however, if you need separated rooms, we're happy to meet your requirements. It's necessary only you advise us at least 3 days before arriving to organize the linen. A shorter or without notice could generate extra costs

- Are the apartments supplied with bed linen and towels?
Of course, all our apartments are completed with bath towels and bed linen; the costs of the utilities (heating, water, etc.) are included in the prices if not clearly excluded
