• pollution and waste reduction: if no special requirement is sent, the beds will be prepared only for the number of the places indicated in the rental; all special requirements must be received at least 3 days before arriving - according to the Italian law (D.P.R. n. 412 1993 for the Venice area) heating may be on from October 15th until April 15th (between 05:00 am and 11:00 pm) and the temperature can t be regulated over 19 Celsius degrees (=66.2 Fahrenheit degrees); air conditioning (if available) can be on only from June 6th to September 3rd
• Children are not permitted under the age of 7
• only 4 people can get access on the top floor terrace, no more. This is a MANDATORY REQUIREMENT FROM THE FIRE BRIGADE so please respect this limit.

Payments

• Local tourist tax (not included): must be paid by cash on arrival
• a security deposit could be asked (not always, not for returning customers): Euro 180 (by cash, cheque, credit card) left on arrival and give back after checking the apartment at the departure. It's not part of the rental
• deposit to book: debit cards or credit card or bank transfer
• owner's requirement for the balance: credit card or bank transfer 6 days prior to arrival date - Bank transfers not allowed? I.e. from the USA is not possible/easy to send bank transfers: please send us your personal requirements, as usual we are happy to find the best way just for you
